The Co-creation Training Programme aims to empower University staff with advanced facilitation skills
The FORTHEM Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) "Co-creation Training Programme" has successfully completed its intensive physical workshop phase at Universitetet i Agder, Norway, from 16-20 June 2025. This strategic initiative represents a significant milestone in strengthening collaborative capacities across the FORTHEM alliance universities.

The comprehensive training programme was specifically designed for:

• Current and potential facilitators employed at FORTHEM universities

Participants have been equipped with cutting-edge co-creation and facilitation principles, positioning them as leaders in collaborative processes within their respective FORTHEM Labs. The programme's comprehensive approach has focused on:
