We based our work on the idea proposed by the author: an impossible love story, an intolerant society, full of hatred. Two couples would mae up the dramatic set and the total creation of a text. A dramaturgy, a pleasure and a lesson to be learned, all key in this challenge.

Synopsis

Intolerance, the biggest weapon to destroy hope, to destroylife.

Maz Aub condemn this human disregard and goes beyong his own title. All throughout the story we continue to suffer this sickness, this underestimation… to those who are different.

1935 (Nazi Germany), 1960 (racial contempt), 1990 (sexual discrimination).

Intolerance  simply and solely because they are different  from one another.

Language is not the same in the three couples, forms  change with the passing of time and even the characters belong to opposite worlds…or maybe not so different…or maybe they are the same characters indeed.
