Bannon

Text and direction by Eva Zapico and Miguel Ángel Sweeney

BANNON is a play that talks about how the use of certain images and specific words, in the media and in audiovisual language, collaborates in the construction and whitening of the discourse of the far-right.

Through the figure of Steve Bannon, and in a comedic tone, the play proposes an analysis of how the far-right political leader is “fabricated” and what are the dangerous consequences of his presence in today's society.
