Online office UV

ONLINE OFFICE

Universitat de València Online Office is the information, service and administrative process access point of the university and serves as the official chanel for electronic relation between the university community and citizens.

The Online Office provides a place for administrative work legally valid, file consultation, access to electronic register, communications and notifications to guarantee safety, accessibility, interoperability and permanent availability of the service.

The Online office works under the principles of the law, efficiency, transparency, administrative simplicity and orientation to people, complying Law 39/2015, Law 40/2015, the National Security Plan, National Interoperability Plan, and the personal data protection regulations.

Universitat de València updates its Online Office constantly in order to ensure information reliability and provide an agile, safe and efficient relation with the institution.

The information system configurating the UV electronic administration consists on a group of components providing the functionalities necessary. It's a third-party app named TACTICA, develop by INFORMANCE and consisting on:

  • UV ONLINE OFFICE SITE (seu.uv.es). The site for the university community and citizens to access electronic processes.

  • TRAMITEM. The process engine to manage workflow of UV administrative tasks, from the creation of applications and their publication on the Online Office for inside managers to proceed with different phases, to their resolution and integration on the backoffice information systems.

 

Regading these components, UV has developed a series of ELECTRONIC PROCESSES announced on the site, updating the information of the information systems (backoffice).

  • VALIJA. The app used by the management units of the university community to send confirmation notifications in compliance with Law 40/2015, 1 October, by the Public Sector Legal Regime. It integrates a whole circuit of messaging from the Interoperable Register GEISER and inside messages from different units.

  • MINISTRY INTEGRATED APPS: GEISER, CL@VE, NOTIFIC@, @FIRMA, TS@ ...

  • PIUV. Interoperability point (RED SARA and RED IRIS)

  • INTEGRATED FUNCTIONALITIES: electronic signature of documents with UV signature storage, online payment, backoffice consultation and update, and interoperability consultation service.
