HR (Human Resources) Management

Since 2013, Universitas XXI-Académico (UXXI-AC) is the IT management app for Universitat de València HR. Installed components are:

  • Jobs relation:

Theoretical template: Allows the creation and maintenance of available jobs for PTGAs, PDI and Research Staff.

Template simulation: Allows the elaboration of job relations and Professors Template through simulations in order to mass-vary, create and modify the spots.

  • Staff: University staff can be managed on UXXI-RRHH by register and qualification of particular options for these types of staff:

PTGAS - Management, Administration and Service Technical Staff.

PDI - Teaching and Research Staff.

Research Staff: Researchers and Technical Staff.

Collaborating Interns.

Administrative file: It registers all data of people related to the university by naming, acquiring and registering all variations produced throughout their administrative lives. For example: job change, agreement change, three-year term recognition, merits, etc.

  • Salary:

Economic file: Management and maintenance of university workers' salary payment. From this component come the salary calculation, discounts, social insurance adapted to the RED system, Income Tax, emission of documents to different bodies, taxes, Social Security, Insurance, bank documentation, etc.

Budget creation and follow up: Allows the calculation of future budgets for the university and its comparison to the expenses.

External salary: Management and maintenance of salary for individuals with no professional relation with UV. This component elaborated the deposit register, amount calculation, documentation for different bodies, taxes, bank documentation, etc.

Social action: Management and maintenance of UV economic support for its staff.

  • Employee website: Access point for PTGAs, PDI and Research Staff for consultation and update of personal and labour data, PIT change application, etc.

  • Risk prevenion: Management of all aspects related to risk prevention, such as health surveillance, protection methods, risk evaluation and emergency planing.

Reports: Management reports for users and possibility to generate reports by the UV thanks to the BI Publisher tool.

Analytical information: Panels and default supported by default the maintenance service, or the possibility for the university to create its own reports by using the provided measurements and areas.

Integration with document management: Allows the integration of any document managing tool complying yhe CMIS standard. Allows upload and consultation of documents.

API: Infrastructure based on (micro)services/API/ ServiciosREST that allows UV interaction with the UXXI system.
