Since the academic year 2024-2025, Universitas XXI-Académico (UXXI-AC) has been the IT app of academic management for Universitat de València. The components are:

• Education (planing, official and specific studies, short courses and continuous education, teaching resources and timetables, integration with Aula virtual, files, registers, economic management and scholarships)

• Integration with document management
• API for integration with other IT systems
• Services Site: Integral digital platform to centralise and automate services, consultations and administrative management.

Along with the app and greatly related to other IT systems, there are other apps still in progress:

Space and reservation management. The management and maintenance of the structure representing the catalogue of spaces and their use. Space reservation for education and other activities. Maintenance of calendars, management units and reservation management. Integration with education, exams and other activities.

Mobility programmes management. The management of mobility programmes applications. Management of calls and programmes: Erasmus Without Papers, Promoe, SICUE, Erasmus Practicum, etc. Management of coordinators. Studies contracts. Management of scholarships and payments.

Fee and receipt management. Maintenance of structures for public price of enrolment fee and secretary management. Fee groups, exemption types and prices management. Enrolment valuation. Receipt management for students by management location. Remittance generation and receipt management. Receipt justification and accountant links.

Internship management: App for application, certification and internship management in official studies.

Degree and Master's Degree Final Projects management: App for application, allocation, certification and official studies final projects management.

Interuniversity studies management. Academic and personal data exchange for interuniversity students in studies the UV partakes in.

Education and Personal File management. Application, evaluation, enrolment, and certification of the activities. Education actions file management and courses finished by UV staff in their modalities.

University card management. University community cards management and maintenance.

Time and lecture hours management. PTGAS and PDI checking management and control.

Linguistic Policy Service (SPL) training management. Exams, level tests, enrolment and course certification management.

Sports activities management. Sports activities management and maintenance.

Merchant services. App for online fee and public price payment through merchant services.
