The 28th Informational Conference of the Universitat de València for guidance professionals and secondary school administrative teams will take place on Wednesday 31 January 2024, in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. From 13 to 23 January, the registration period will be open for the UV Conèixer Programme 2024. https://www.uv.es/coneixer  

Mar Venegas will lead the main presentation titled Guidance for equality: education on affective-sexual relationships in Secondary School. Venegas is a professor in the Department of Sociology and is the Vice-Principal of Equality, Inclusion and Social Commitment of the University of Granada. She has a PhD in Sociology and is an Expert on Gender and Equal Opportunities. Her areas of research focus on Sociology in Education and Gender and Sexuality Studies.

The programme for the Informational Conferencee will include a discussion titled Do you know about the Degree in...? Degrees to discover, moderated by Isabel Vázquez, Vice-Principal of Studies at the UV, the presentation of Baula, a first-year student accompaniment programme, led by Alícia Villar, delegate of Academic Trajectories at the UV, and a presentation by Antoni Gil, general access coordinator of the Valencian Public University System.

The Informational Conference is part of the Conèixer Programme of the Universitat de València, coordinated by the Office of the Vice-Principal of Studies, which heads the SeDi Information and Promotion Service.
