The Vice-rectorate for Innovation and Transfer of the University of Valencia has published the VLC-BIOCLINIC 2023 Call for grants (Resolution of 30 October 2023 of the Rectorate) with the aim of granting aid for the implementation of joint R+D+i projects between research staff of both entities.

The two approved subgroups for this call are:

- Sub-programme for the promotion of coordinated UV-INCLIVA Preparatory Actions with the aim of generating synergies and alliances between research staff and professionals from both entities.

-  Sub-programme for joint UV-INCLIVA Translational Research Projects, aimed at promoting the development of joint R+D+i projects based on proven preliminary results or experiences.

Beneficiaries: proposals must be led by two principal investigators (PIs), one from the UV and the other from INCLIVA. Applications must be signed by the two PIs, who will be responsible for the scientific and financial management of the grant.

Costs may include contracted personnel, consumables and small equipment, travel and food, contracting of R+D and technological services and contracting of other services linked to the development of the project.

Depending on the type of sub-programme, projects may receive a maximum grant of:

- Coordinated Preparatory Actions UVINCLIVA. Maximum aid of €5,000 per project.

- Joint UVINCLIVA Translational Research Projects.  Maximum grant of €20,000 per project.
