Techniques for healthier postures in the workplace.

The School of Occupational Health is an activity organised by the Universitat de València aiming to improve physical health by showcasing the health conditions of each individual.

Between 7:45 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., the activity takes place for free with no previous inscription. Professors from the Faculty of Physiotherapy is in charge once a week in each campus: Mondays at Aerobic Room of the Sports Service in the Tarongers campus, Tuesdays at the multipurpose room of the 2nd floor in Faculty of Physiotherapy, and Thursdays in front of the Darwin Room in the Faculty of Pharmacy.

• Just be there on the right time. Free activity.
• We recommend bringing a yoga mst or roll mat.
• You can come in your working clothes.
