The Jean Monnet Module for Citizens’ Integration into European Democracy organised a conference on 14 December 2023 in the Cultural Space Feliciano A. Yeves Av. Arrabal de Requena.
The conference titled EU Citizen Participation and Digital Transformation took place at 7pm and was led by Mª Jesús García, head of the module.
The European Commission funded this activity, in which participated the Universitat de València, UVSocietat, Valencian Provincial Council, Caja Popular and the Town Council of Requena..
The conference “EU Citizen Participation and Digital Transformation” explored how citizen participation and digital transformation come together to strengthen the legitimacy of democracy in the European Union while addressing the challenges and opportunities of the digital age.
