The work by María Jesús García entitled "Economic services of general interest and citizenship: Guarantees for citizens as users of essential services" has received the 2023 Gabilex Award.
The Professor of Administrative Law, María Jesús García García, Director of the Jean Monnet Chair Services of General Economic Interest in the framework of Social and Territorial Cohesion has won the third edition of the 2023 Gabilex Awards, for a paper analysing the Rights and Guarantees of Users and Consumers of Essential Services.
These prizes are organised by the Legal Office of the Regional Government of Castile-La Mancha and their purpose is to recognise and encourage creative and research work in the field of law, with an emphasis on the practical nature of the work submitted.
