The celebration of the “Healthy Week” will take place from 11 until 18 November 2016 at the three campuses of the UV. There will be talks and stands for information about topics related to sustainability, such as nutrition, physical activity, postural practices or healthy lifestyles. 

As regards mental health and psychological well-being, the following activities should be highlighted:

• On 15 November from 12:30 h a conference about “Drug addictions” will take place at the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Social Sciences. The speaker will be Professor José Miñarro López, Full university professor of Psychology.
• On Wednesday 12 the conference will treat “Healthy lifestyles”, given by Lorena González, (member of the Unit in Psychology of Sports of the UV) in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Psychology from 13.00 h.
• On Thursday 17 November, speeches will treat “Eating disorders (anorexia and bulimia)”. The conference will be given by Prof. Luís Rojo, Full university professor of Psychiatry in the Department of Medicine, University and Polytechnic Hospital of La Fe, in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Psychology at 16.30 h.
