Our research group has developed research projects within the national program, with significant contributions in the area of ​​numerical methods for partial differential equations and the approximation of solutions to nonlinear systems of equations. In the last decade, we have expanded our research field to the applied and computational mathematics of neural networks for the fitting and/or classification of large data sets.
