Carles Mariñas is a representative of the IFIC at the Chair for Advanced Materials for the Semiconductors and Integrated Circuits Industry (Universitat de València).

The PERTE Chip-UV Chair attended the III Valencia Silicon Forum, an event related to the ecosystem of semiconductors held in Valencia.

La Càtedra de Materials Avançats per a la Indústria de Semiconductors i Circuits Integrats va ser present en el CHIPNATION 2025, celebrat a Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
