On April 1 2025 the conference titled “Las Administraciones Públicas ante los Retos del Cambio Demográfico y Social” (Public Administrations facing the Challenges brought by the Social and Demographic Changes) was held on the Events Hall of the Valencian Department of Finance and Economics.
The conference, organised by the Regional Department of Treasury and Finance, vgathered renowned experts to discuss about the current challenges faced by the public administrations in relation with demographics, life expectancy and other crucial social issues..
Bloc 3 of the conference had the presentations of Diego Muñoz Higueras and Georgina Solaz Moreno, both members of the Regional Taxation Chair, who addressed the issue of Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Policies.
This event contributed to the exchange of ideas and elaboration of proposals to improve the public management in a context of social and demographic change.
