La revista TEC Empresarial (https://revistas.tec.ac.cr/index.php/tec_empresarial/index) , creada en 2007 i dirigida pel coordinador de la Xarxa Motiva, Juan Carlos Leiva, ha millorat, en l'últim informe del "Journal "Impact Factor, tant en l'últim any, com a cinc anys vista la seua posició. We are pleased to announce that, according to the  report, the Journal  Impact Factor (JIF) for TEC Empresarial in 2024 is 2.4 (5-year JIF 2024= 1.4 ), a result that constitutes a substantial improvement with respect to the previous year (JIF 2023= 1.1; 5-year JIF 2023= 0.8). In the "Management" category, TEC Empresarial ranks 237/420 (Q3). For their contribution to this milestone, we would like to thank all authors for their fantastic research and continuous support.
