The new MOOC “Introduction to housing cooperatives based on transferring rights of use” is now available. This is an online free training course aimed at those interested in learning aviut this innovative model of access to housing.
The MOOC has a duration of 40 non-consecutive hours, with each participant being able to choose their own schedule. The contents combine text and audiovisual materials available in both Spanish and Valencian.

The programme is organised in six modules that offer detailed insight into cooperative housing based on transferring rights of use:

- Managing cooperatives.
- Creating cooperatives and their laws.
- Fiscal laws.
- Financing.
- Real experiences and cases.
Who is the course aimed at?
This MOOC is designed for people who are interested in new collective ways to access housing, students, professionals in the field, and social entities who seek to explore the cooperatives model further.

The course is organised by Aula Empresocial and Sostre Cívic with the support of the Labour and Social Economy Ministry.
