Professional profile of the recipients
Lecturers of the Universitat de València, with no/little experience in the use of lateral thinking techniques in their teaching methodologies.
Selection criteria
Participants will be selected according to the following criteria:
- For those courses that have specific requirements, it must be verified that the applicants actually meet.
- Preference will be given to the requests of those sol·licitants who have not taken facial characteristics courses in the last three years. 
- Així mateix, preference will be given to those who have not taken training courses in the last three years.
- In the event of a tie between sol·licitants in application of the above criteria, it will be necessary to adjust to the rigor of the order of entry of the applications (day and time of submission)

Training objectives

 To undesrtand the cornerstones of creative thinking for problem-solving.
- To practice different techniques of lateral thinking, contextualised in different teaching cases. In particular, braining, decomposityion and analogy techniques will be practised.

- Teaching active methodologiesfocused on braining/decomposition/analogy lateral thinking techniques.
