Selection criteria

Participants will be selected according to the following criteria: - For those courses that have specific requirements, it must be verified that the applicants actually meet. - Preference will be given to the requests of those sol·licitants who have not taken facial characteristics courses in the last three years. - Preference will be given to those who have not taken training courses in the last three years. - In the event of a tie between sol·licitants in application of the above criteria, it will be necessary to adjust to the rigor of the order of entry of the applications (day and time of submission)

Training objectives
  • To increase educators’ awareness of their own emotions and the emotions of others in educational contexts.
  • To develop the ability to understand how emotions influence thinking, behavior, and interpersonal relationships.
  • To strengthen emotional regulation strategies for managing challenging situations in professional practice.
  • To enhance key social competencies, including assertive communication, empathy, and constructive conflict resolution.
  • To provide practical tools for managing stress and promoting personal and professional well-being.
