
Conversation with Fernando Valladares, CSIC Scientist
Fernando Valladares (Mar del Plata, Argentina, 1965) is a reference in science dissemination in Spain and an excellent researcher with an outstanding science career at a global level transferin knowledge to societyh in a such crucial area as the enviroment.
PhD in Biology Science from the Complutense University of Madrid, Valladares is a research professor from the CSIC where he directs the Natural Science National Museum Ecology and Global Change group, and he is an associate professor in Rey Juan Carlos University. He defines himself as "an ecological afficionate worried about global change, wind's pupil, unstoppable runner and star lover".
