Research field: Dark matter indirect searches. Computational cosmology. Small scale structure of the Universe I completed my doctoral studies at the Institute for Theoretical Physics (UAM-CSIC) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Miguel A. Sánchez-Conde. My dissertation, entitled "N-body cosmological simulations and gamma rays as tools to reveal the properties of dark matter halo substructure", was awarded the highest distinction, Sobresaliente Cum Laude, with the Extraordinary Doctoral Prize. Subsequently, I obtained a postdoctoral position at Durham University (UK) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Carlos Frenk and Prof. Dr. Adrian Jenkins. I have presented my work at over 25 national and international conferences, including a plenary talk at the International Cosmic Ray Conference held in Nagoya in the summer of 2023. I have taught computer science courses at both BSc and MSc level since 2019, and have co-supervised four Master's theses and one Bachelor's thesis. I have taken part in numerous outreach activities, often focusing on minority groups and bringing science to underserved communities. |

Biography | ||
|
Dr. Danielski obtained MSc and PhD at UCL (London, UK). She worked as a CNES Fellow at the Paris Observatory and Research Associate at the IAS and CEA (Paris, France). Following she moved to Spain where she was a Severo Ochoa Research Associate at the IAA (Granada). In 2023 she won the INAF astrophysics Fellowship at the Arcetry Observatory (Florence, Italy). Dr. Danielski merged for the first time the exoplanets and gravitational waves fields, opening a new window on the study of exoplanets, providing for the first time the possibility to probe for such a population everywhere in the Milky way and nearby galaxies. In 2020 she won an honourable mention by the Gravity Research Foundation. RESEARCH INTERESTS: planetary systems characterisation and planetary systems long-term evolution, detection of exoplanets with gravitational waves, exoplanet atmospheres, stellar characterisation. |

Biography | ||
|
Daniela Doneva is a theoretical astrophysicist specializing in modified theories of gravity, gravitational waves, and compact objects such as neutron stars and black holes. She earned her Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from the St. Kliment Ohridski University of Sofia in 2012, after completing her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in physics and astronomy there. She has held prestigious research positions including Emmy Noether Independent Junior Research Group Leader, Margarete von Wrangell Habilitation Fellow, and Alexander von Humboldt Fellow at the University of Tübingen. In September 2025 she joined the Department of Astronomy and Astrophysics at the University of Valencia as a Ramon y Cajal fellow. Daniela Doneva plays an active role in major international gravitational-wave initiatives, most notably as a core member of the LISA Consortium and, since 2025, as a member of the LISA Council. She also contributes to the broader gravitational-wave community through her involvement in the Einstein Telescope Observational Science Board. Her scientific work strongly connects theoretical modeling of compact objects and alternative theories of gravity with future gravitational-wave and electromagnetic observations of various astrophysical phenomena. Her research achievements have been recognized through prestigious awards. These include the Gustav-Hertz-Preis of the German Physical Society (2024), the Pythagoras Grand Prize for Young Scientists, awarded by the Bulgarian Ministry of Science. |

Biography | ||
|
My name is Gaëtan Fichet de Clairfontaine, and I am a postdoctoral researcher in astrophysics at the University of Valencia, within Manel Perucho’s group. I earned my PhD in Astrophysics in 2022 at the Paris Observatory, focusing on high-energy phenomena in relativistic jets and their interaction with the surrounding environment. My research interests include active galactic nuclei (AGN), the dynamics of relativistic jets, jet-star interactions, non-thermal particle acceleration, and multi-messenger astrophysics, with a special emphasis on neutrino and high-energy emission. I combine relativistic magnetohydrodynamic simulations with radiative transfer and theoretical modeling to investigate the observable signatures of dissipative processes in jets. In addition to my research activities, I am involved in teaching. During the 2025-26 academic year, I was one of the instructors responsible for the outflows module in the Stellar Astrophysics course (Group PT-T, course code 43296). |

Biography | ||
|
I’m a theoretical astrophysicist, with a research framework in General Relativity, gravitational waves theory and numerical resolution methods of differential equations. My main research interests are focused on Numerical Relativity, Neutron Star EOS, compact objects (ordinary and exotic ones) and gravitational waves. I believe that the numerical approach to these astrophysical issues that I studied from the courses of the M.Sc and in my Ph.D would gave me a solid basis to exploit in order to develop new numerical simulations and solutions toward compact objects, as Neutron Stars or Boson stars (in particular Axion stars). |

I performed my PhD (2023) research at the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany), where I investigated the impact of nuclear reactions and the equation-of-state on the dynamics of core-collapse supernova (CCSN) explosions and the nucleosynthesis by performing state-of-the-art simulations. From January 2024, I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Universitat de València (UV), where I contribute with my expertise in nuclear astrophysics to obtain observables from magneto-rotational driven supernovae (MRSN) models in order to address whether they are capable of synthesizing the heaviest elements in the Universe. I have recently been granted with the Juan de la Cierva, which I started December 2025. |
