¿En qué consistirá tu Tesis?
El proyecto se centra en descifrar cómo el metabolismo del ARN y las estructuras de ácidos nucleicos no canónicas (como los híbridos ADN-ARN o R-loops) contribuyen a la inestabilidad del genoma, un sello de identidad de las células tumorales.
Utilizarás técnicas de vanguardia en biología molecular y celular, genómica y microscopía avanzada.
