Autoclave steam steriliser, 890 litres, double door, for the deactivation of biological waste as well as the substrate fumigation prior to its use. The sterilisation is done with pressure saturated water steam, functioning according to the process of fractionated vacuum.
The steriliser has a square chamber 670x670 mm. and with a depth of 2000 mm. It has two doors to introduce and extract the materials as well as having integrated its own steam generator.
A touch screen allows to control the steriliser, including the programme selection and start-up of the cycles, as well as the option to adjust the parameters of each of the cycles (temperature, time of the process, number of pre vacuums, etc.) It includes a special cycle for the sterilisation of substrate. Furthermore, it provides real-time information.
The steriliser has an auto diagnosis function, a printer and a USB port to register all the parameters from the sterilisation process.
The main application of the device is the deactivation of the biological waste having genetically modified organisms (GMOs), generated in the installation of the Section.
It also allows to fumigate substrate and vegetal soil previous to their utilisation.
