On January 26th, 2024, at 9:00 am and 12:00 am , the welcome sessions for incoming students will be held in the Aula Magna of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.

It is expected that 880 Erasmus mobility students join the University of Valencia in January for a semester mobility stay in this academic year 2023-24.

To welcome them, the International Relations Service is organizing a series of welcome sessions that will be the first contact between the students and the University. They will get to know our university and will be informed about the activities, facilities, and services they can enjoy during their stay. In these sessions students will also receive the Certificate of Arrival with the date of joining the UV.

This activity is complemented by the specific orientation sessions organized by the different faculties of the University of Valencia.
In addition to the 880 incoming Erasmus students, 73 students from non-European universities joined our university as part of the international mobility program. Students from the United States, Canada, South America, China, Korea, and Japan will join our university as part of this program.

It is also expected to welcome more than 11 students from other Spanish universities participating in the SICUE mobility program.

In the Erasmus program, Italy, Germany, and France are, in that order, the countries that send the most students to pursue their studies at our institution.

With 2.875 Erasmus students received, the University of Valencia continues to be the European leader in the reception of Erasmus students.
