Scientific Meeting on Retrospective and Perspectives in Hadron Physics and Applications

The group of “Estructura Quark de la Materia” (EsQueMa) of the Departamento de Física Teórica and IFIC organizes a scientific meeting about topics of interest in Hadron Physics and its applications. The intention is to provide an overview of the present status in the field, as well as of new developments, and a preview of the forthcoming investigations.
The meeting, sponsored by Generalitat Valenciana through the Prometeo Program and by the Spanish Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología through the Particle Physics Program,.will be held in the Seminar of the Departamento de Física Teórica de la Facultat de Física de la Facultat de Física de la Universitat de Valéncia, Edificio D (Campus de Burjassot).
The topics to be covered are:
Old Hadron Physics and the advent of QCD
Hadron Structure from QCD: Quark Models and other approaches.
Glueballs and exotics
Hadronic Matter at high density and temperature
