Since the admission of students whose master’s degree differs in theme with the adressed in the Doctoral programme is not considered, it is not necessary to include complementary training. The research lines that integrate the current Doctoral Programme offer a wide variety of thematic profiles (see section 1.2 context) and, therefore, they provide to the students increased opportunities to choose a research topic of their interest.

This wide range of election within the related subjects leads us to not considering necessary to include complementary training, since the academic committee will assess, in the admission process, that the studies completed by the students are similar to the subjects of the Doctoral Programme
