On 24 September 2025, professor Dr. Silvia Barona Vilar, full university professor of Procedural Law at Universitat de València and lead researcher of JUSOST project, gave a conference at University of Valladolid, as she was invited by professor Dr. Coral Arangüena Fanego.
The lecture, entitled“Restorative justice and criminal proceedings. New features of LO 1/2025, procedural efficiency’ , offered a critical analysis of the recent legislative reform in procedural efficiency and the challenges that the incorporation of restorative justice in criminal proceedings poses.
This lecture is part of the academic activities of JUSOST project, which aims to promote a more sustainable, inclusive and adapted to global challenges justice.
