Invited by Prof. Jaime Gallegos, president of the Chilean Association of Private International Law, Professor Carlos Esplugues took part on 16 April 2026 in the 11th Conference of this association, held in Temuco, at the facilities of the Universidad Católica de Temuco. Professor Esplugues’ lecture focused on “The dream (and the need?) for a Private International Law Act”.
