Do you want to organize a round table on a topic that interests you and need financial support? Would you like advice on the organization and dissemination of a conference on art and science? Or in the realization of a photographic exhibition in your centre on civic defence of rights? Are you part of a music group and want to organize a solidarity concert? Or are you more of a theatre and would like to promote some kind of collaboration with other entities? Do you want to promote critical thinking or health? These are just some examples of socio-cultural activities that, with the Universitat de València grants managed by Information and Promotion Service for Students (Sedi), can become a reality.

The purpose of these grants is to support projects of sociocultural activities carried out directly by students of the Universitat de València, and that are carried out within the university community. The ultimate goal is to encourage students to get involved in the sociocultural programming of the University by contributing proposals and carrying them out in all its phases, as well as sharing an experience with colleagues and professionals with common interests.

The Information and Promotion Service for Students (Sedi) also offers an advisory service, for those who wish or need it, in the design and implementation of the project. It should be recalled that the evaluation committee of these grants will analyse the documentation submitted and evaluate the projects according to the criteria set out in the regulatory bases of the call. The score obtained will determine the maximum amount of aid that a project may receive, bearing in mind that the minimum score to be eligible for aid is 5 points.
