There are trinquets that no longer feel the echo of full stands nor colours of the fans. They are the great forgotten of our towns: spaces that, at the time, were the heart of social and sports life, and that, nowadays, they survive almost in silence, punished by abandonement and oblivion.

This is the trailer of "Trinquets trencats", by Sergi Durbà –a book published by Edicions del Bullent and the Valencian Pilota Chair of the Universitat de València– that pays tribute to these popular meeting spaces and all the stories –lot of them already lost in the collective memory– that will remain within the walls.

This book gets closer to one of those trinquets, the ones that still resist among urban problems and not clear situations, enduring, despite everything, the setback of a contemporariness that seems to consign them to oblivion.
