The Chair AIMPLAS-UV opened its first edition of Grants for Singular Educational Projects on Plastics Sustainability and Circular Economy, aimed for Valencian educational centres for primary and secondary education.
Grant's goal
The goal is to promote the creation of innovative educational projects that raise awareness and bets on education their students about plastics sustainability and circular economy, especially for those with broader reach, interest and visibility that contribute to let new generations see the importance of responsible resource management.
Participants
The participation is open for every primary and secondary education centre within the Valencia region and have implemented and created singular educational projects during the 2024-2025 academic year.
Possible initiatives:
- Plastic waste recollection and separation campaign.
- Sustainability education and awareness programmes.
- School research projects on plastic production and recycling.
- Workshop cycles for students.
- Technological and scientific fairs participation for students.
Application deadline is on 30 September 2025.
With this initiative, the AIMPLAS-UV Chair reaffirms its commitment to education, innovation, and sustainability, promoting projects that bring key values into the classroom to help build a more circular and environmentally respectful society.
