On 20 May 2021, the UV-GVA Chair for Legal Mediation Culture celebrated its anniversary with a Seminar on "Two essential mediations: business mediation and mediation for administrative conflicts".
The event was held in the Aula Magna of La Nau (UV), and was inaugurated by the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València, the Regional Secretary for Justice of the Valencian Government and the Director of the Chair, Professor Silvia Barona Vilar.
The intervention of prestigious experts in the field of business mediation and administrative mediation has been very illustrative, exposing practical experiences, challenges, difficulties, proposals for the future, highlighting relevant points and motivating a discussion that has been very active among the members of the audience.
This activity took place within the framework of the 4th Mediation Week in the Valencian Community, which was held between 17 and 21 May with working sessions in Valencia, Alicante, Elche and Castellón. The aim of this week is to deal with the different issues that address the present and future of mediation and to encourage debate between the different legal operators and institutions related to mediation.
