Juan Antonio Ureña Salcedo is the holder of the new Jean Monnet Chair at the Universitat de València, funded by the Erasmus + program of the European Union, 2020-2023, European Banking Public Law, 620731-EPP-1-2020-1-ES -EPPJMO-CHAIR.

The project constitutes the natural evolution of the Jean Monnet Module European Banking Law directed by the same professor at the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València during the years 2017 to 2020, also financed by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.

The most important objectives of this Jean Monnet Chair are:

• Contribute to excellence and support study, research and reflection on issues of public banking law in the European Union, both by undergraduate and master students as well as young professors and researchers.
• Bringing the professional world and the academic world closer to issues related to Banking law.
