
On Wednesday, July 17 at 7:00 p.m., the Museari 2024 awards will be presented at the Museum of Fine Arts of Xàtiva (Plaza Arzobispo Mayoral, 2).
The Museari Queer Arte 7 exhibition, curated by IUCIE researcher Ricard Huerta, is a sample of 25 works by artists from 7 different countries that have as a common point the defense of human rights and sexual diversity, coinciding with the month of pride and LGTBIQ+ rights. The exhibition will remain open at the Museum of Fine Arts until September 5.
The works in the exhibition have been exhibited in recent years at Museari, an online museum dedicated to the research and dissemination of art in favor of diversity through history and education.
Participating artists: La Rulla, Toni Grau i Miquel Mollà, Agustín Miguez (Argentina), Alejandro Mañas García, Alina González (Costa Rica), Carmelo Gabaldón, Dani Torrent, Diego Marchante, Eloi Biosca, Herbert Rodríguez (Peru), Jesús Torío, Joaquín Artime, Leho de Sosa (Uruguay), Manu Ramírez, Marta Pujades, Núria López Torres, Núria Martínez Seguer, Ramona Rodríguez, Renaud de Putter (Belgium), Ricard Balanzà, Robson Xavier (Brazil), Sergi Llàcer, Xelo Serrano and Xosé Manuel Buxán.
