Academic, scientific or professional interest: The objective of this master's degree is to provide multidisciplinary training in the field of Neurosciences, facilitating the acquisition of conceptual and technical tools to understand and study the nervous system. The aim is for students to understand the organization and functioning of the nervous system at different levels, from the molecular level to the systems (sensory, motor, neuroendocrine, etc.), and its relationship with behaviour, cognition and emotion. The program addresses the nature of alterations that cause pathologies, so that the acquired skills can be applied to research in the fields of Biology, Psychology or Biomedicine. The critical spirit and scientific rigor, methodological training and communication skills in neuroscientific topics will be promoted.
