The scholarship by the National Centre of Cardiovascular Research is aimed at all the graduates in some branch of biomedical science who are going to do a Master´s Degree at a Spanish University and who wish to carry out an experiment-based Master´s project in one of the laboratories of the National Centre of Cardiovascular Research.
CNIC has opened the call for the year 2016 with an end of contributing to the improving of the human potential in the field of cardiovascular research. This program offers financial support to students with the aim of improving their education without incurring additional costs.
There is a total of 15 scholarships, and the selected candidates will receive a monthly grant amounting to 1.000 € for the period of 12 months while they study, in this way paying off the cost of the Master´s. Moreover, those living outside of Community of Madrid will have their travelling expenses covered. In the case of residency in the mentioned Community, the students will not receive monthly grants. The scholarship is also incompatible with any kind of employment contract or financial help from the State.
