In the next few weeks a series of 4 lectures will be held in classrooms of the ETSE, organised by the Master’s Degree in Bioinformatics. The lectures will last between 1:30 and 2 hours and will take place in classroom 1.0.1. The speakers, titles of the talks and dates are as follows:

1. Seminar: "Long reads isotranscriptomics"

Speaker: Ana Conesa.

2. Workshop: "How to analyse scRN-Seq data"

Speakers: Irene Soler Sáez and Paco García.

Date: Tuesday 10 May, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

3. Workshop: " Elaboration of interactive reports from R, aimed at the presentation of bioinformatics analysis results"

Speakers: José F. Català Senent and Rubén Grillo Risco.

4. Seminar: "Human Cell Atlas"

Speaker: Paula Soler.
