Both professors of the Master's degree in Economic Policy and Public Economics have prepared this study along with Teresa Savall, professor in the Department of Applied Economics at the Universitat de València.

The authors of the article "Impacto económico de las rentas mínimas: la Renta Valenciana de Inclusión" analyse the new regulation governing the minimum income system in the Valencian Community, the so-called Renta Valenciana de Inclusión (RVI) [Valencian income for social inclusion], which implies very important novelties with respect to the previous situation.

Rafael Granell is a doctor in Economics and is a Tenured Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at the Universitat de València. He directs the research group on Public Economic Evaluation (EvalPub), is a member of the Regional Taxation Chair and of the Commission for the Study of Tax Reform in the Valencian Community and a researcher for RIFDE.
