Telefónica is looking for talented people among telecommunications engineers

Would you like to do a training at Telefónica? The company and the University-Enterprise Foundation present now an initiative: ‘Talentum Mood’, a work placement programme for Telecommunications Engineering students with digital talent.

'Talentum Mood'. Is the talent-spotting programme presented by Telefónica and the University-Enterprise Foundation. The programme offers 300 work placements for Telecommunications Engineering students, and other degrees like Informatics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or Journalism.

It is addressed to students of undergraduate degrees or Master’s degrees. The companies taking part in this programme are Telefónica I+D, Telefónica Digital, Telefónica Wholesale Services, Telefónica S.A. and Telxius. The students admitted will be paid 800 euros per month. 

Requirements

  1. Being Undergraduate or Master’s degree student during the academic year 2016-2017.
  2. To have passed at least 50% of the credits of the degree.
  3. To have a good level of English and be interest in the digital and telecommunications world.

What do they offer

  1. Practical training at some of the Telefónica companies referred above, at their headquarters in Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Huesca and Valladolid.
  2. 4-6-hour work day, depending on the student’s availability.

Selection Process

  1. Enrolment available at the website until 31 December.
  2. Technical tests by Talentoteca and phone interview to move to the next stage. From 21 November until 16 December.
  3. Personal interview with Telefónica’s manager. From 1 December to 16 December.

The programme is intended to spot the best talented young people. That is why ‘Talentum Mood’ is a project that promotes the symbiosis among students (who have the chance to meet the working world at the same time they combine it with their education) and the company (which can be fuel by the talent of the students).
