
The Spanish Society of Parasitology (SOCEPA) offers a ParaWebinar session next 13 July 2023 with the title: 'Imported parasitosis and early care in immigrant children in Spain'.
The session will start at 11:00am with three prestigious speakers recognised in the field:
- Lecture 1. "Comprehensive health care in a migration emergency and its impact on the early diagnosis of imported parasitosis": Martín Castillo de Vera. Paediatrician, El Doctoral Health Centre, Gran Canaria.
- Lecture 2. "Imported Parasitosis in Paediatrics in the Peninsula": Jorge Bustamante Amador. Paediatrician at H. La Paz, with the subspecialty of infant infectious diseases.
- Lecture 3. "Chagas disease control in immigrant children in paediatrics in Spain": Paloma Merino Amador. Assistant doctor in charge of the Tropical Medicine Department of the Microbiology Service of the Hospital Clínico de San Carlos in Madrid. Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of the UCM.
