Through the new group, Dr. Gómez intends to continue the work begun in the original group, in which he has been studying the role of antiangiogenic agents on different highly prevalent gynecological pathologies. Over the next few years it intends to address the role of immunomodulatory agents in the early diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and endometrial cancer. To do this, it has the help of a team made up of postdoctoral researcher Dr. Miguel Ángel Tejada Giraldez and pre-doctoral researchers Ana Isabel Santos Llamas and Víctor Rodríguez García, who are funded by international and national projects.
