DISCOUNTS, ANOTHER PRICES AND CONDICITIONS

Group fares. For five or more people groups reservation,there may be a 10% reduction of the daily price of the rooms, not cumulative to any other type of discount.

Long stays discounts. In stays for 5 to 14 days, it will be applied a 15% discount in the weekly price. In stays for 15 to 29 days, it will be applied a 25% discount in the fortnightly price.

Reduced rates for childrens. Children from 0 to 3 years old do not pay; from 4 to 14 years old they only pay maintenance (€ 23,92 / day with VAT), as long as they share a room with their parents.

Car parking prices: The School has two car parking places in a nearby building. Daily price: € 9,57 . Weekly price: € 45,65. Monthly price: € 150,21. Availability must be requested with the room booking.

Internal VAT merit. The services provided to the centres, departments, services, etc. of the University of Valencia itself merit self-consumption VAT, which will not be charged to the person requesting the service.

Mini-fridge. The College, at the request of the users, can offer a mini-fridge in the room, which will mean an increase of € 11,77, including VAT, of the price of the corresponding monthly payment, or the proportional part for periods of less than a month.
