A resounding success with over 100 visitors at the stand of the Research Group on School Health and Well-being (GISBE), where we explained chronotype, a central concept for the Kairós project (PID2021-126846NA-I00/ AEI / 10.13039/501100011033 and CIACO/2023/120).
Thank you to all who attended for your interest.
The Kairos Project investigates how school hours affect students' well-being, health, and learning. We analyze whether the biological rhythms of children and young people are aligned with school hours, and what happens when they are not.
With a multidisciplinary approach and innovative methods, we aim to provide evidence to improve the organization of school time and make it healthier and more effective.
