The fourth edition of the "Va De Dades! Valencian Statistics Competition for Data Science" competition has been announced, aimed at ESO, Baccalaureate and Training Cycle students from the Valencian Community.
The objective of this competition is to promote statistical literacy, providing teachers with an opportunity to work in a motivating way with students on digital skills, problem solving, information search, critical thinking and data analytics, in any scientific, linguistic, artistic or social discipline, and even multidisciplinary.
The winners of this edition will represent our community in the national phase, “AVATAR: Descubriendo la Estadística en el país de los Datos”, organized by the Sociedad Española de Estadística e Investigación Operativa (SEIO, https://www.seio.es).
