The existing legislation (Agreement of the Governing Council of 27 January 2004, Article 2) states:
"The distinctions not granted in a group or those which may be provided for the sum of fractions of 20 students of different groups in a subject, can be assigned by agreement of all the teachers in charge, dealing with the proceedings if the professors responsible give a written authorisation. In any case, the total number of distinctions cannot exceed the 5% of students enrolled in the subject .. "
In order to assign these distinctions the following document must be filled in and submitted to the office of the secretary of the Faculty:
