A document that officially certifies actions, situations or events for the purpose of administrative procedures or private legal relations.

Request a certificate

To request a certificate, students should contact the administration office at the faculty or school which offers the degree programme.

Procedure:

1.- You (or an authorised person) must submit the request form to the Faculty administration office during the opening hours.

2.- Please pay the fee to the bank for the certificate, if applicable, and bring the receipt you are given to the administration office with the application form.

3.- You can pick up the certificate within 10 days at the administration office: please submit

  • The receipt given at the time of application
  • Identifying document (ID, passport, student ID)
