The Degrees in Computer Engineering and Multimedia Engineering of Universitat de València have received the EURO-INF certification, which recognises the quality of these degrees taught at the Higher Education School of Engineering.
Within the framework of the processes of continuous improvement and excellence in the teaching activity of Universitat de València that are promoted by the Vice-principal for Strategy, Quality and Information Technologies, the Degrees in Computer Engineering and Multimedia Engineering have obtained the European-INF seal until 2025. At that time, the certification will be reviewed and renewed.
This certification, awarded by EQANIE (European Quality Assurance Network for Informatics Education), is managed in Spain by ANECA (National Agency for Quality Assessment and Certification), the General Council of Colleges of Computer Engineering (CCII) and the General Council of Official Associations of Technical Engineering in Computer Science (CONCITI). The certification implies the evaluation of the degrees according to defined standards, by the principles of quality, relevance, transparency, recognition and mobility contemplated in the European Higher Education Area. By obtaining this seal, Universitat de Valencia’s Degrees in Computer Engineering and Multimedia Engineering acquire international recognition that facilitates academic and professional mobility and offers the guarantee of compliance with the highest European and international standards in the field of computer science.
The achievement of this recognition is the result of the joint work carried out by the Higher Education School of Engineering, the Vice-principal for Studies and Language Policy and the Quality Unit of Universitat de València to incorporate the highest levels of teaching quality. The management of the ETSE-UV is satisfied with the support that these seals give to our engineering studies and the value they add to the curriculum of our students.
