Engineering degrees from the ETSE-UV are accredited with international quality labels, including Euro-Inf and EUR-ACE
All engineering degrees offered by the School of Engineering at the Universitat de València (ETSE-UV) hold international accreditation with several quality seals. The available degrees include Telematics Engineering, Industrial Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Electronic Engineering and Chemical Engineering, all of which are accredited by EUR-ACE®. In addition, the degrees in Computer Engineering and Multimedia Engineering are accredited by Euro-Inf.
The UV engineering degrees are recognised internationally for their academic and professional excellence. This recognition ensures that they meet the highest international and European standards. The international quality seals (SIC) provide an additional incentive for students, adding value to their curriculum and facilitating academic and professional mobility.
The EUR-ACE® and Euro-Inf certifications are awarded by the European Network for the Accreditation of Engineering Education (ENEAEE) and the European Quality Assurance Network for Informatics Education (EQANIE), respectively. In Spain, these certifications are managed by the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), the Instituto de la Ingeniería de España (IIE), the Consejo General de Colegios de Ingeniería en Informática (CCII) and the Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Ingeniería Técnica en Informática (CONCITI).
Obtaining the international quality seals has been the result of joint work by the ETSE-UV, involving the teaching staff, the Office of the Vice-Principal for Studies and the Quality Unit of the Universitat de València. The Degree in Telematics Engineering has been granted a renewed certificate, valid until July 2028. Other engineering degrees hold international certification until 2025, requiring review and renewal of accreditation at that time.
