Members of the ICELANDINV18 project are working in order to ensure that the 8 Icelandic entities participating in the initiative pass the CEF eInvoicing conformance tests. All beneficiaries implementing EN are carrying out them validating the evidences regarding the use of the European Standard.

The ICELANDINV18 project aims to support 8 Icelandic institutions in the incorporation of the European EN electronic invoicing standard. The entities involved are working to update their system and to make it compatible with that of other European countries.

In this sense, Unimaze and each Icelandic institution, supported by LMT Group and University of Valencia, are developing operating assessments that include testing and fine-tuning during operations. The participants are generating test invoices compliant with the EN and issued from other Member States to run cross-border trials.

The European Commission is co-financing the project through the Innovation and Networks Executive Agency (INEA), under the CEF Telecom Program. Universitat de València, Sendill is Unimaze ehf, Leading Management Technology SL, Reykjavíkurborg, Grímsnes og Grafningshreppur, Skeiða- og Gnúpverjahreppur, Orkubú Vestfjarða ohf, Akureyrarkaupstaður, Staðlaráð Íslands; ICEPRO, nefnd um rafræn viðskipt; Orkuveita Reykjavíkur, Félagsbústaðir hf. and SIMINN HF are members of ICELANDINV18.
