IRTIC participates on Saturday May 10th in Expociència 2025, the open day at the Science Park of the University of Valencia dedicated to science and innovation that will offer more than a hundred scientific activities for all audiences, including inclusive proposals in the new Tent of the Senses and in the Marie Curie Auditorium. The research institute will feature the 3D Immersive Experience activity in the Visionarium, located in its facilities.
This year, under the slogan “Expociència without limits”, for the first time activities specially adapted for people with functional diversity will be incorporated, in a step towards a more inclusive and accessible science. From 10 am to 2 pm, more than a hundred proposals will allow attendees to explore science from a playful and participatory perspective in the facilities of the Science Park UV and the Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyeria (ETSE-UV).
Those attending the IRTIC's interactive experience with 3D glasses will travel back to the time of the Inquisition and Galileo Galilei to experience the confrontation between science and religion. This experience is an extract of the development carried out by the researchers of the research institute that can be enjoyed at the Science Museum of Valencia.
